More messes and still almost crawling

While I am usually trying to contain messes, Em was on primary Myron duty this day, so she let him have some fun. She let him serve himself a bit with his training spoon and this suction cup bowl. It took about 30 seconds for him to pull the bowl off of the table and pour it directly into his mouth. Baby innovation at work. A spoon is really only an unnecessary intermediary.

After this, Em gave him a bath.
Also, he had some fun with roll-the-ball.

One of his favorite things to chew on is the toothpaste tube. I think it’s because of the texture of the cap. {CAPTION}

He is mimicking everything we do these days. We set up a play room for him and moved about 2/3 of his toys into it. When we brought out his toy snake, I made hissing sounds and put it around my neck. He hissed back and when he got the snake, he wrapped it around his neck as well.

He is very close to crawling. Still getting up on his knees like this and rocking back and forth. {CAPTION}

The governor just ordered all day care centers in the state to remain closed for a bit. So we will have a bit of a staycation. Had some fun with sticks in the park today. {CAPTION}

After I took this photo, Myron was tugging at my arm. I thought maybe he wanted to play with the closures on my jacket, as he sometimes does. But then he pulled my arm around him and started giggling. I think he just wanted a hug.
